Description of of PVC/PU belt joint press:
Portable air cooled all-in-one designed splicer is the new generation of splice equipment for belt joint splicing both on site and in the workshop .
PA air cool splicing press especially important for on site is reliability of the equipment, less weight,less set-up time, and very short splicing time. The presses are supplied with a flight case for both storage purposes and also for easy transport to on-site jobs.

- Used for splicing PVC PU PVK Printing Blankets belt etc. thermoplastic belt materials
- Portable Conveyor Belt Splice Press, light weight and with flight case as standard packing, is easily removed to any where for job site use.
- Fast Splicing: include heating time and cooling time, no more than 12min.
- Temperature up to 200 ºC (392 ºF)
- All in one design: The press has an integrated air-cooling system and also air compressor inside. To ensures that the belt is quickly cooled down and auto press on, without water pump or additional air compressor.
- Easy to use and assemble.
- Light weight aluminum construction
- Reliable and automatic Temperature Control with time control. High quality Eurotherm controller.
- Air pressure controller (set the air pressure and display the current pressure), High quality SMC controller.
- Voltage: 220V or 380V, if special voltage pls freely to inform us, like 110V (only under 1200mm, include 1200) etc.
- If used in workshop, pneumatic lifting steel stand is optional.
Application:
The PVC/PU belt joint press machine is used for welding&jointing PVC/PU belt into endless belt, which can be used directly in factory.
